Policies.

BOOKING POLICY:

Appointment must be booked online or through approved booking methods.
A valid card on file is required to secure appointments.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice: 50% of the scheduled service will be charged.
No Shows or Same Day Cancellations: 100% of the service fee will be charged.

HEALTH & SAFETY POLICY:

Clients experiencing contagious illnesses or active infections may be rescheduled.
Clients must disclose medications like Accutane or topical retinoids.

CARD ON FILE POLICY:

To reserve your appointment, a valid card is required to remain on file at the time of booking. Your card will NOT be charged unless there is a late cancellation, no-show, or violation of the cancellation policy. This helps protect appointment availability and respect the time reserved for each client.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY:

Clients arriving 10 minutes may have their service shortened.
Clients arriving 15 minutes late will need to reschedule.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE:

Bonnified Skynn reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior.
